    1. Information of Membership for Individual
       A.All information is served for person who has registered as a member of www.sunrea.net.
       B.Everyone need to submit the contact information for confirming the indentification when they register the membership.
       C. Site administrator can delete the identification of person who did the following restricted act. 

    2. Information of Membership for Company
       A. All real estate agent can become a free membership.
       B. SunRea can supply free community with their own authority for the member as a company.
       C. Company member has responsibility to share the information for real estate with trust.

    3. Site Guideline
       A. All information of sunrea.net shall serve the multi-language with korean, english, chinese.
       B. All member need to submit the information of real estate like the contact point, address, photo, structure, and any important information when they post the mediate request of a real estate.
       C. All member can share and exchange their information and knowledge without any guarantee of
    SunRea.net. SunRean.net does not have any responsibility for any member's post. 

    4. Restrictions on the Use of the Site Owner Site. 
       A. Using an Interactive Area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws. 
       B. Posting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
       C. Posting material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity as determined by Site Owner at its sole discretion.
        D. Posting material that contains any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other code which may contaminate or destroy the files or programs of Site Owner or its users.
       E. Posting advertisements or solicitations of business.
       F. After receiving a warning, continuing to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or post comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussion is free form).
       G. Posting chain letters or pyramid schemes.
       H. Impersonating another person.
       I. Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments.
       J. Posting the same note more than once (i.e., “spamming").
       K. Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas, or which, in the judgment of Site Owner, exposes Site Owner or any of its users or Sponsors to any liability or detriment of any type.
